Pamper your posture!
The Posture and Movement classes on Tuesdays at 6.30.pm at the Concorde House Clinic in Canterbury will be running every week. There are also classes on Saturday and Thursday. Check my Facebook page or email me for the dates and prices!
As usual, both individual and group sessions are available. If you are an organization, we can arrange for me to deliver a talk to your members or employees in their own environment, addressing workplace ergonomics, stress and posture for all.
Happy and comfortable employees are more productive!
